President in 2024

Trump to run again for President in 2024: Joe Biden may announce early next year.

  • Donald Trump announced his candidature in Florida.
  • Make America Great Again” is the campaign.
  • Crypto regulation bills, recovering the states from inflation, etc., will be the key to winning.

Donald Trump, former President of The United States, who lost the 2020 election to Democrat Joe Biden, announced that he is running for US Presidential Elections 2024 on 15th November in an event at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

Trump began his 3rd journey to the White House on Tuesday after the poor performance of Trump-anointed Republican members in Midterm elections, weakening his grip on the party.

Make America Great Again”

This is his campaign for the 2024 elections. And he is the first to file his nominations. However, his early nomination has been seen in Washington as an attempt to jump on other Republicans seeking to be the face of the campaign and save potential criminal charges.

Trump lost the 2020 election after being impeached by the House of Representatives twice. Some are openly asking if Trump is the right choice; he has a divisive brand of politics and a mess of legal allegations, which include fraud by his family business, his role in last year’s attack on Capitol Hill, his attempt to overturn the 2020 elections, and his stashing of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago as they are enough to disqualify him from the elections.

With Trump now declared a candidate, Mr. Biden’s attorney general, Merrick Garland, may be forced to name a special counsel to pursue various investigations launched by the Department of Justice on the former President.

Despite being abandoned by several top Republican donors, Trump stashed a war chest of $100 million for the election. He is still banned from Facebook and Twitter; both these platforms played a huge role in his popularity in previous elections.

He has made his desire to run for President public since last year, and he constantly repeats his baseless claims that the 2020 elections were “rigged” and “stolen” from him. And he patiently waited till the midterm elections to announce his candidature. It is to be noted that many of his candidates did not perform well in the midterms.

Although many of the republicans did not want Trump as their party’s nominee, they wanted Florida’s Governor De Stannis to be nominated after he won the midterms by huge 19 points. According to a YouGov poll conducted after last week’s elections, 42% wanted Stannis, and only 35% preferred Trump.

President Joe Biden has not formally announced his rerun in the election. Still, after the Democrats’ victory in the midterm, he hinted at running and might announce his name early next year.

The US election has always been important for the world political and financial scenario. With the current Crypto scenario, including the FTX debacle and ongoing cryptowinter, how the new President will handle the regulations and take America out of inflation and ongoing crisis will be the deciding factors in winning the Oval Office.
