- Transparency. We disclose our data sources and methods and the limitations of the information we publish.

How we are different
Plenty of crypto sites are built to push a token, a trading platform or a paid newsletter. We are built to explain. We have no asset to talk up and no order book to fill, so our incentive is simply to be clear and correct. Where many sites bury their assumptions, we put our methodology and editorial policy in plain view. Our data sources
We rely on a small number of well-established public providers: CoinPaprika for cryptocurrency pricing and market data, Nasdaq for stock and ETF prices, and alternative.me for the Crypto Fear & Greed Index. We do not operate an exchange or a price oracle, so the numbers you see are aggregated from these sources and cached for performance rather than streamed tick by tick. Who Fox Periodical is for
The site is written for curious readers at every stage. If you are new, our guides and glossary give you the language and concepts you need. If you are more experienced, the tools and consistent market pages save you time. Either way, you should leave understanding more than you arrived with.
